Intentionally Plated was born from a personal journey of growth, discipline, and the desire for balance. As someone who juggled a busy life, a deep faith, and a passion for fitness, I often found myself in seasons where I was either all in or completely overwhelmed—especially when it came to food. I’ve experienced what it feels like to want to eat better, feel stronger, and stay consistent… but not know where to start or how to maintain it long-term.

After transitioning from vegan to pescatarian, tracking my food daily, and diving deep into body recomposition through weight training and cardio, I realized how powerful intentional eating truly is. It’s not just about cutting calories or avoiding certain foods. It’s about learning what works for you, aligning with your goals, and building sustainable habits that honor your time, your preferences, and your lifestyle.

I created Intentionally Plated to fill a gap—because I didn’t want people to feel like they had to choose between structure and flexibility, or between health and convenience. I wanted to take the guesswork out of eating and offer something that was personal, empowering, and manageable.
